I definitely understand the point of the author. However, base on my previous readings and studies about different assisted living their level of care of to be served varies as they are mandated by law, licensed at different levels of medical and nursing care they ought to provide. I think we must understand first the overview of the state system pertaining to assisted living and its facilities.
